Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion is a minimally invasive procedure used to renew overall skin tone and texture. It helps improve the appearance of sun damage, wrinkles, fine lines, age spots, acne scarring, and other skin-related concerns. This skin treatment involves the use of a special applicator with an abrasive surface to gently sand away the thick outer layer of skin to rejuvenate it. Microdermabrasion is a safe procedure for most skin types and colors.
Microneedling
Microneedling (or collagen induction therapy) is a cosmetic procedure that involves pricking the skin with tiny, sterilized needles with the purpose of generating new collagen and skin tissue for smoother, firmer, and more toned skin. It is mostly used on the face to treat various scars, wrinkles, and large pores.
Microneedling works by encouraging your skin to make more collagen. The pinpricks cause a slight injury to the skin; the skin responds by making new collagen-rich tissue. This new skin tissue is, in turn, more even in tone and texture. It’s normal for the skin to lose collagen via age or injury. This was my first time visiting this salon as I’m not from Kelowna. The interior was great and very clean and I was very satisfied with the amount of services they offered. They do amazing with the care especially when I was getting my hair washed before my cut by asking if I was okay and making decent small talk. Aniket was my hairdresser and he did a phenomenal job with my hair. He took lots of precision when cutting my layers and cut off the exact amount that I wanted to be off. He also styled it very well and I’m in love with how healthy and voluminous my hair looks. This is probably the best haircut I’ve ever gotten and the price was very reasonable for a wash, cut, and style too. I highly recommend this place.
